Brookfield Center for the Arts, a youth performing arts center, wanted to level up their brand. They were growing and wanted to do that in a strategic way that would set them up for long-term success. By giving them a new name, company structure and look, they are sure to stand out in the performing arts world.

The new company name is Brio Studios. The definition of brio is “the vigor or vivacity of style or performance”, which encompasses the energy and passion that the students and teachers have. Studio is a broad term for a place where creativity happens. Since Brio Studios offers a wide variety of classes, studios was the ideal word to describe all of their spaces in one.
The Brio Studios brand is both high end and kid friendly. The goal of this logo was to find that perfect balance. The letters that create the word “BRIO” informed the design of the monogram. Their abstraction and flow give a sense of the artistry that occurs at Brio Studios. Through adding splashes of color, there is also a feeling of playfulness to relate it back to the young students.
